起重机的准备工作和起重作业除应严格执行履带起重机的有关规定外，根据汽车、轮胎起重机的特点，还需注意以下几项：

1、轮胎气压应充足。

2、在松软地面工作时，应在作业前将地面填平、夯实。机身必须固定平稳。

5、轮胎起重机作业时，必须作短距离行走时，应遵照使用说明书的规定执行。重物离地高度不能超过0.5米，重物必须在行走的正前方，行驶要缓慢，地面应坚实平整。严禁吊重后作长距离走行。
